Aims and Scope

The Praxis of Otorhinolaryngology is the official journal of the Istanbul Ear, Nose, Throat, Head and Neck Surgery Foundation. The journal is only available electronically. It is published three (3) times a year, in January, May and September. The official language of the journal is Turkish and English.

The Journal accepts original articles, case reports, and up-to-date researches in the field of head and neck surgery.

The editorial and publication processes of the journal are conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME), the Council of Science Editors (CSE), the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), European Association of Science Editors (EASE) and National Information Standards Organization (NISO). The Journal follows the transparency and best practice principles of the Scholarly Publishing (doaj.org/bestpractice).

The Praxis of Otorhinolaryngology is indexed in the Science EBSCO and TUBITAK ULAKBIM TR indices.

The Journal does not require any charge for evaluation or publication. All expenses are covered by the Istanbul Ear, Nose, Throat, Head and Neck Surgery Foundation.
